The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. Close to Universal, walkable but also had plenty of transportation options. Property was clean and stay was friendly.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. Room was super clean, staff was super friendly, free shuttle, lobby clean, quick flawless check in and out, option to stay late, we didn't, but there was an option, free breakfast, big room, comfy bed, close to park, beautiful room everything was updated, clean kuerig, loved this place, will stay again, great price, totally impressed.

When I booked, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but Cabana Bay exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, a charming theme, great communal areas and lovely rooms. We ended up with a volcano view room in the Beachside building and it was a 10/10. We had an awesome view of Volcano Bay which we ended up deciding to do on our last day (also recommend!). We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

The common area and bar and breakfast was very nice

I was enjoying the time, great place, everything was close by, 5start restaurants ,stores. Only one thing was bad for me ,all my 3 day stay at Hilton hotel was out of TV channels.
