"They dont have any control on the pool is a mess people can not enjoy the pool. Have to walk a lot to get inside the pool . people dont have many option to go in"

"This stay got off to a very disappointing start. At virtually every hotel I've stayed at, if a room is available and you arrive a little early, they're happy to let you check in. We arrived about 90 minutes before check-in and were told rooms were available, but we could only access one by paying an additional fee. It felt like a nickel-and-dime approach from the moment we arrived. Overall, this was a very unusual hotel experience. There is no organized queue at the front desk, so guests simply stand around and are helped in what appears to be a random order. The process feels inefficient and unnecessarily frustrating. At check-in, you're asked to scan a QR code and agree to more than 60 terms and conditions, including acknowledgements about the risks of using everyday items such as the hair dryer, iron, and elevator. If you forget what you've agreed to, don't worry, large QR codes posted throughout the property serve as constant reminders. You'll also need to keep your room key with you at all times, as it must be scanned repeatedly throughout the resort. I understand the need for security, but having to scan your key to move between the pool, lazy river, and washrooms felt excessive and inconvenient. The rooms themselves are large and spacious, but they are not designed for a relaxing vacation experience, more for sleeping than living. There is no balcony, nowhere practical to hang wet bathing suits, and not even a dresser for unpacking your belongings."

"This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget, or if you want to save some money. The hotel is basic, but clean, quiet, comfortable and seems recently renovated. They offer complimentary breakfast and the breakfast area is nice and clean. During my stay the staff was professional and helpful. I appreciated how the pool will close around 10:00 pm and the staff will come and get people out and lock the gates. That insured a quiet and restful night for everyone. I liked the room amenities (mini fridge, microwave and bar sink). The rooms are basically suites, with one bedroom and one living room. There is a big screen tv in both rooms, living room and bedroom. I liked my stay at DASKK in Orlando. I don’t regret booking there."

"It was upsetting that we were booked into an accessible room because I informed them I had a walker and ground floor would be easier. I'm having hip surgery and lowered cabinets and sinks are impossible as bending over is very difficult. They did move us but not until we had already gone to the 1st room. It was exhausting having to walk to 2 separate rooms. Not a good way to start out our stay, I just wanted to leave I was so exhausted. But would still be charged as we had already checked in. Had we been informed of the accessible room prior we could have changed it before having to walk to 2 rooms. We asked to be by a pool as that was a primary reason for the stay, but were informed the kind of room booked was not in a bldg near any pools. So, we were unable to use a pool because I was unable to go the distance. The adjoining rooms doors arw so rhin we could hear conversations in the next room. NOT GOOD. Also, maids were yelling to each other in spanish and very noisy. Sleep was not possible. Not very happy. May not ever return."

"By far THE BEST hotel we have EVER used! Delicious food and perks, beautiful property, easy access to parks via their buses, good rate, spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, balconies on some rooms. Cannot say enough good things about this place!!!"
