The water attractions are for people 48” or above. My son is 44 inch and could not enjoy anything at this resort. The “kiddie” area was the barest, weakest, most boring place that I’ve ever seen for smaller children. We definitely will not return until he is eligible for all of the slides, or if they add an area for 42” or above children or if there is a massive upgrade to the baby/kid area. Also, being cleared from the pool area during bad weather and made to vacate a cabana that you pay over $500 per day for is not ideal. I realize that weather is unpredictable and uncontrollable but a partial reimbursement should be given to the cabana renters. They are not getting what they paid for. It’s robbery in my opinion.

Being a hospitality retiree and executive over 20 years, I admit that Front Desk at this property is definitely on a weaker side. No welcome intro, orientation details nor generosity desire to assist to newly arrived guests. In general, the team at the front desk was friendly but rather short and rude. And the manager herself was definitely not a Marriott standard. No greeting, no eye contact, no guest recognition, zero human factor play and my list can go on.... I was rather shocked with her behavior in front of 3 department staff members, but I assume this is norm for that hotel and has worked for this department so far. The other departments of the hotel were definitely meeting the standard. There are plenty of things to do on the property, and nearby. The Valet team was very accomodating and super friendly, helpful bell desk members. Please be aware that on departure there is a charge of $47 ( resort fee per day ) as of July 2026, and a separate parking fee but if you are ubering they have a convenient shuttle bus. Rooms are relatively modern. Old coffee in the in room offerings but there is sturbucks on the first floor. Not coming back to this property due to lack of care, knowing what Marriott properties typically offer in other places.

This is a wonderful resort. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were very friendly, courteous and helpful, and never hard to find. There were plenty of restaurants in the hotel, and the food was amazing. The pool area and grounds were pristine and the view from the upper floors is fabulous. I was able to watch the Disney fireworks from my balcony each night. The prices in the shops (ie for snacks or medicine) were a bit steep, but otherwise it was a great experience and highly recommended!

My room was dirty and faced the roof with the ac machines. Extremely loud! The bathroom had mold and was dirty. The lobby was very clean and smelled very nice. The pool area was so dirty. The entrance to the pool and pool patio was black and disgusting. The pool bar was awful. I went there to get a smoothie for My son and the lady just stuck her dirty hand in the cherry juice to grab a cherry for my son drink. The bar was dirty and full of flies. This property has so much potential. It’s very nice place, but management is lacking is the cleanliness. Be ready to pay $60 for valet parking. Self park is $42 and really far away. The valet staff was very nice and were very quick to get the car. I would not stay here ever again.

Pros & Con: This was my second time staying at this resort and will probably be my last. Pros: Location 10 to 15 minutes from Disney and near local stores. The amenties: water park with a lazy river and a separate pool area with t.v'z and an a poolside resturant. All in all a great resort. Cons: Nickel and Dime you for everything. $40 per night for parking, You have to pay another $30 to $40 per day resort fee. One 12 ounce can of Budlight with their gratiuity automatically included cost me $10. Which the local store I purchased two 16 ounce cans for a total of $6. One Burger cost $14 with a room service fee of $7. Great resort, but not for someone thats budget concious. Good thing I was a member, because they also charge for internet if you're not.
