"didn't use the pool area. the first receptionist wasn't what I would call people friendly. She was matter of fact, but not all that kind. Our room had no tv service, I went to the reception desk, a new girl told me to unplug and try again, still nothing. The door to room 347 had been screwed together at the top hinge, you had to lift the door up to even close it. We asked to change rooms. "

"All went smoothly...staff was awesome, room was clean and comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable. Fireside added warmth and ambiance. Only downside was no working hot tub avaliable. "
