It is easy to access.a simple hotel to cruise out of.a couple restaurants close by if flying in.daytime staff was very rude also they have a shuttle to cruise port at a cost i think it was 30.00 we took a uber around and went to coconuts on the beach.nice restaurants and beach access

Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd.
