"Staff was friendly. Reserved for 3 king rooms and one was a double with no linens on beds or bath. Host changed rooms but that room again was a double this time with sheets but just laying on the bed not made. The 3rd time for king room with bed made. Clean rooms beds are hard spring based not able to get anything after 11pm when reception closes. If you need extra towel blanket your SOL until 7am."

"Disorganized Valet, no luggage carts intermittent elevator problem. Dirty floors in room. Not worth $244.00 dollars for one night. Disappointing. "
