Welcome to Bahama Getaway, the ultimate tropical escape in the heart of Cocoa Beach, Florida! Nestled right on the water with a dock and canal access, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking a laid-back Florida retreat.

Other things to note:

Owners' Closets: Certain closets are reserved for cleaning staff and are not accessible to guests.

Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.

Pool/Spa Cleanings and Lawn Maintenance: Weekly Maintenance-Usually Monday. The Spa also known as hot tub is operated using an egg timer located outside by the pool mounted on the wall. Press the Spa button to heat the Spa. The spa will heat to 101 degrees, after an hour and return to pool mode after 4hrs. A hose connected to a timer is located near the pool. If the water level falls below the skimmer, please place the hose in the pool for a couple of hours.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am, While the property is centrally located, please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, to respect neighboring homes.

Late-Night Communication: We’re always available to assist, but response times may be slower after 10 PM, as there’s no staffed front desk.

Our hours of availability: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Assistance may not be available for bookings or check-ins outside these hours.

If booking between June 1st and November 30th, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as it's hurricane season and our cancellation policy will be enforced.
