"Everything was great"

"Highly recommend travelers staying here for a cruise do not book the shuttle to the port or be mindful of delays. Our shuttle was supposed to pick us up at 10:15 for a 10:30 check in time. When I questioned this while booking I was told it’s 6 minutes tj the port so stick with the 10:15 shuttle. The shuttle ended up dropping off and left with out picking up and ended up being delayed over an hour. The staff at the hotel was not helpful at all and avoided helping to resolve the issue for an extended period of time. While this may not have been the hotels fault the way the hotel staff handled communication and resolution was not good at all negatively impacting the start of our trip."

"The hotel Was very accommodating to our earlier arrival. We were able to use the pool and store our luggage until a room was ready. This allowed us to really enjoy every moment of this property."

"The only suggestion I would have is that it would be nice for them to have a free coffee station. It was a pretty pricey stay and not being able to run down and get fresh brewed coffee for free (it is available at their Starbucks store to buy or in your room with those one-cup machines) was a surprise we didn’t realize."
