"This complex had a family friendly atmosphere. Our room was clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurant in site, ease of parking and spacious pool and hot tub. Our only issue was that our room with an ocean view was obstructed by vegetation. "

"Great place If you want to go to Cocoa beach. Excellent breakfast included. Clean and well maintained rooms, tempered pool with a bar, close and direct access to the beach. Restaurants in the pier and close to the hotel. There is a store walking distance. The staff was informative and very polite. We felt comfortable in our stay. No complaints."

"Hands down one of the best places our family and friends have ever been too. The house was spotless and the hosts thought of all the little details to make guests feel at home. We traveled with 7 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for all. So close to everything and some much to do in the area. We loved our short time here and we would definitely come back in the future. "
