Good breakfast (included) every morning. With a wine/drinks and cheese gathering every afternoon so you can meet other guests. The pool was small but nice and clean. The property had that old style Inn feel which was nice along with the Adults Only rule. A short 2 minute walk to the beach and walk-able to a few local restaurants.. The room did not have a refrigerator, microwave or iron though.

This is a cute family feel place. I only decreased it's star rating due to lack of amenities such as a refrigerator, hair dryer and the fact that I could hear our neighbor snoring all night long. Otherwise, this is a very nice place to stay.

We loved it here! It is definitely an Inn (no fridge or microwave in the room), but the charm and other amenities (beach chairs and umbrellas, homemade breakfasts, beautiful lobby and sitting areas, etc) more than made up for it. As one other guest stated during the Inn’s daily free wine and cheese hour: “this is a hidden gem in Cocoa Beach”.

We had an ocean view room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was relatively small, but we don't spend a lot of time in the room when we travel. That being said, it provided everything we needed. The staff was amazing. They were attentive and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Breakfast was perfect (fresh fruit, mini quiche and freshly baked muffins). Everything was delicious. The location allowed us the opportunity to walk to many places of interest. It's easily walkable to the pier (where we enjoyed a drink while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean). We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Bit rundown. Love dogs but 2 on couches/chairs in lobby that don’t move and patrons left standing. Breakfast not great. Quiche was 1choice and size of hockey puck. Nickel & dime for Everything! We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Staff was wonderful. The only “issue” we had was that we did not arrive until after 10 pm and there was no elevator to get to the second floor. My 65 year old husband had to drag our very heavy suitcase up the stairs. I would have preferred to know there was no elevator so that we could have requested a first floor room.

The room was cute and faced the pool. It was too cold to swim but it looked nice. There was only a dresser with drawers, no closet, so that might be an issue for a longer stay. There was limited counter space at the bathroom sink, so I used an open drawer for my additional needs. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was awesome, freshly cooked and fresh fruit, and a friendly server. They offered nearby restaurant recommendations. A nice pre-cruise stay.
