"Great place to unwind for a busy family. Quiet neighborhood on the river with a pool. Relaxed in the pool while the kids were fishing. Drinking coffee on the dock and watching a group of manatees play. Seen some dolphins swimming in the river. Really is a nice house. Loved my stay"

"Boater’s Dream was a wonderful house! The house itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Fishing wasn’t great (catfish) but we saw several manatees off the dock. The pool was fabulous! Stephanie was a great host and answered my questions immediately!"

"Communication was excellent. The property was as shown. No surprises. Easy to check in and out. "

"Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed. Unfortunately not the beet experience. Room itself was fairly clean, comfy bed and spacious. Excellent location. Poor communication tho"

"Great location and cute property. Only thing is the walls are very thin and can hear the neighbors. Bed is also a bit small (full size vs queen). Saw lots of wildlife including a manatee right outside the front door. Would stay again "

"The host was responsive to my questions including a dentist recommendation when my crown came off. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were clean."

"This was just what we expected. The place was clean, plenty of utensils in the kitchen and comfortable beds. The hot tub was cleaned every week while we were there. That was a nice benefit. We were only 3 blocks from the beach.The dog loved sitting in the sun in the backyard.We had a problem with the lock and it was replaced immediately. Very responsive hosts.We would stay again when we’re in the cocoa beach area."
