"My husband, two teens and I absolutely loved this home. Having 3 bedrooms was ideal and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax in the large, comfortable living room. The lanai and pool area was perfect for us, we enjoyed playing games at the table in the pool area as well, at night. Our favorite part was walking across the street to the private dock in the morning and evening to look for visiting manatees and enjoy the beautiful view. The home had everything we needed for the week including all kitchen items, linens and beach items. It was clean and comfortable and we hope to come back again! We also enjoyed the Cocoa Beach area, lots of restaurants, beaches and shopping and just a quick hour drive to Orlando to visit Universal Studios. Kelly was very responsive and helpful and all was as advertised We highly recommend this rental!"

"This place was beautiful and just as pictured. Host provided everything needed to enjoy a beach day and a place to relax and cool off by the poolside. The beds were so comfortable and the location is great . Would definitely recommend and would love to come back sometime!"

"Everything was great! Beach is about a 3 minute walk and the restaurants are about a 15 min walk. Lots to explore in the area! Great time all around! "

"The location was great and the bedrooms were very cozy. Everything was very clean. They had plenty of beach supplies - chairs, umbrella, wagon & towels. The area felt safe. The only complaint is the townhome does not have a great curb appeal. The house is much nicer inside than outside. Could use nicer landscaping. Other than that, the house, inside, was updated and had everything you need. "
