"The lady at the desk was very nice. The room was old and most of the furniture had surface damages and the bathroom looked very used and old. The breakfast was only cereals and bread."

"Great location. Impressive first impression. Clean unit, easy check in, nice view with privacy. Lacked a hair dryer and regular coffee pot. Had ninja one cup with pods but no pods, no shampoo as listed. Didn't come prepared for that. Could use a more comfortable bed and though listed as a queen seems like a full size only. So although sweet looking lacked some comforts. "

"The house was very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. So much space. The location was perfect for convenience of taking an uber to the cruise port. We loved the back patio and seating area in the backyard. Ugh c"

"90% of the stay was fantastic! Nice house and accommodations as well s central location to lots of things to do in FL. Only downsides, the mattresses in the main bedroom are quite uncomfortable and the shower leaks out onto the floor creating quite the flood if you don't have a towel down to absorb the water. Overall, a GREAT place to stay, highly recommended and we would likely stay there again in the future. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Espacio! We spent two weeks here. We had 10 people in our group - 6 adults (grandparents and two sets of parents), 1 teen, and kids 9, 4, and 1. There was plenty of space for all of us everywhere. We spent a lot of time in the pool! Love the "splash pad" area at one end where little kids can play. There is a table in the pool, too, where we sat and read or just chatted. Pool was spacious and accommodated all of us at one time. We used the hot tub a few times, too. The kitchen is really well laid-out and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house is located close to everything - great central location for restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, multiple beaches. Overall, Merritt Island is in a great spot since it's so close to Cocoa Beach, Cocoa and the Port. We appreciated the very quick responses from the host when we had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend this house for family vacations!! "
