Perfect Set Up

This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The house was very nice and beautifully located on the end of a canal, which made for gorgeous sunsets. The kids spent every hour at the house in the pool. I would definitely book again.

Property was clean, great neighborhood, beautiful view. No hot tub as listed, but minor oversight, looks like there used to be one. Loved that there was a pile of towels to use!

Beautiful property.

The house was gorgeous, and the outside was even better. There are few things more beautiful than sitting outside on the lanai and watching the sun set over a private pool and a canal that dead ends at your house.

Cape Coral Burrowing Owls🦉

Visited Cape Coral to see the burrowing owls. There are over 2500 burrows within the city limits and the public library is a great area to look. This pet friendly house is very clean and well kept. Has all the amenities you need and the view of the canal from the pool deck is stunning! We really enjoyed our stay...plenty of shopping and restaurants are near by! Would stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Bring toilet paper and toiletries. Property manager was apologetic about the offensive smell in the refrigerator/freezer. Our food picked up the smell. Pool had debris but I skimmed. Home was clean and nicely decorated.

We just returned from 5 days in the Cape Coral area and we were very pleased that we chose this as our VRBO! It is very spacious and has recently been updated and is very clean! The pool/patio area is perfect for enjoying a swim or just relaxing by the pool! There is also a very nice view from the patio of the canal. You are situated on the end of the canal so you have the best view! Also, Vanessa responded immediately with questions that arose and was very helpful when we needed a little extra information. If you're in this area, you cannot go wrong with this rental! You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay!

Being we are still sort of qua-ranting ourselves we needed a home that we could have fun at and relax. Usually our focus is all about the tourist stuff to do in an area but this time we were mainly just going to have a vacay at home away from home sort of thing. The home was perfect for that. We spent lots of time at the pool and relaxing outside. We cooked most of our meals there and found enough supplies to adequately do so. We fished from the dock which was lovely. Vanessa answered texts during our stay and responded to all questions and concerns fairly promptly. One of the best rental experiences we have had. Thank you!

Great stay!

Wonderful location with great sunset views. Our grandkids visited and loved the pool. Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, etc.) but we'll be back again!

Cape Coral rental

I was disappointed when we arrived and realized there was no hot tub as advertised. The finer said it was a mistake on the website. The pool was heated for first night and then became colder as the days went by . Communication stopped after i questioned about the pool being too low . The neighborhood is fine . Quite. Not near beaches . All in all I would not rent again .

A Great Space to Stay

We loved visiting the dock at the end of the canal in the morning and the evening. In the morning there was the peace and quiet and the variety of exotic birds that visited the water. In the evening there was no need to drive to see a spectacular sun set, it was right at your back door. The house was spacious and it was filled with light. A great value for the money with a wonderful pool and outdoor area. Restaurants and anything you could possibly need are nearby. If we come back to the same area, I would love to stay here again. The only thing I had a problem with was the TV. I don't get ROKU. But my need to watch a little TV when I go to bed was overruled by the house itself. We had a great stay and I am sure you would as well.

Management was very quick to get in touch with us when we had a problem with garbage disposal and dishwasher. They sent prompt attention to it. Loved the location, beautiful view. It was close to many different areas, stores, beaches. Worked out very well.

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

We were evacuated from zone A so decided to stay here. The place was filthy when we arrived but we didn’t really care cuz we were just staying due to possibility that our house could flood. The patio has lots of mold and mildew so glad we didn’t go for vacation. Neighbors were very friendly. Point of contact was great and very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee but we have not seen that yet.

True hidden gem!!💎

Loved everything about our stay! This home Is a must stay with a family or group of people. Everything was exactly as the photos and descriptions showed online. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained and the views from the canal at sunset are breathtaking. The home owner, Greg, was very fast and friendly getting back to us when we were communicating. It truly has everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. We will definitely try to book again in the future.
