Stunning waterfront villa with heated pool and gulf access

Villa Blue Marlin is located off Veterans Parkway in the heart of Cape Coral.

The newly furnished house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a beautiful living room overlooking the canal, which is as big as a lake, invites you to spend a relaxing vacation with the family.

The neighborhood is a quiet, upper-middle-range residential area, so perfect for a wonderful vacation in Cape Coral. Another advantage of the excellent location is the proximity to one of the best supermarkets in the city.

The large pool area offers plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sun and then cool off in the pool, which can be heated electrically if desired.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 25 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Please note there is a security doorbell camera located at the front door.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Great stay

The home is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room for the family. Location is very nice, with the water view. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. The whole booking process was very easy. Bedrooms could use darkening window shades/curtains for those who like to sleep in. The air conditioning doesn't seem to be evenly distributed so the main living area is cold, but bedrooms were warm. Overall, the stay was very nice and we would stay there again.

“Love” Perfect Sunsets

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Love” every evening was a picture perfect sunset overlooking the very wide canal. Most days you would see a dolphin or two swim by. The house was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. The heated pool was divine!! We took advantage of the nearby trails and short automobile trips to nearby Naples and Sanibel Island. If your looking to relax and unwind without breaking the bank, this is your place! Cathy & Ron

Beautiful but rude host

Beautiful home with high end finishes. Kitchen had everything we needed and the some. View is amazing. Pool wasn’t heated when we arrived after a 10 hour drive. Host said we had to turn the pump on/off manually- which we did to be mindful of electricity usage. It was also too loud outside the master bedroom for sleeping. Fridge temp running 44-50. Said the last renters had issues he would send service out again, but they never showed the 2 weeks we were there. My socks were filthy black from the master. I had to clean them with the wetjet that was in the garage. When I told the host because I thought they should be aware of the cleaning company’s poor service, I got a nasty text back insinuating how dare I complain about that after 3 days. It was only because I wore my white socks on the 3rd day. He said that it was dust and that some things could have accidentally been missed. If that were the case then they were missed several times. He said his wife does the cleaning so he had taken it personally. If it hadn’t been for this host’s rudeness we would stay there again hoping that the fridge would be replaced.
