"Our TV did not wk, a work order was put in by the staff, when the head engineer came in the next morning not only did she replace our TV , she replaced it with a bigger size. She was very friendly and carried on like we have been friends.forever. I definitely would recommend this hotel. Very nice. Stay quiet clean relaxed atmosphere and you can walk down in back of the hotel to the waterfront. Very nice. "

"This is an aging facility but it's still going and hanging in there. Still needs continuous renovations and better linens. However, it is priced accordingly and affordable compared to other choices in the area so that's a win."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Pub food and drinks were great. We had a 10 week out baby with us and it went very smoothly. Booked to return in August!! Only issue was the last night the ac went out. They very quickly sent up the maintenance and he fixed it but it went out again late in the night. Facility was not able to credit me for my inconvenience due to booking through Expedia. "
