We are a family of 4 ( 2 kids 6yo and 1yo) Some things that stood out to us:-super clean-kid friendly with booster seat, bed rail, bathroom stool and minimal decor for little hands to reach -comfy couch and beds -easy walk to the beach even with little ones -bikes and surrey rentals right across the street -dedicated parking is a huge plus"

We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, half dried towels in the dryer, water/mold stains on some ceiling tiles, the bottom of our socks were black from walking on the floors, no window covering at all in one bedroom and master bedroom verticals were broken and slats missing so difficult to sleep past sunrise, when sitting down you could see used empty water bottles under furniture,...
