When we drove up we saw a sign saying that a parking pass was required. We did not have one so I went to the office to ask for one. The office was locked. I saw someone (an owner) and he told me the office is never open. He said the complex is never fully rented so I shouldn’t have a problem just parking. He actually gave me his parking permit.
