"The rooms were very clean staff was very helpful. The elevators definitely need an upgrade. The owner was not very friendly and I found myself in an awkward position when I was on the phone having a conversation outside of the pool area explaining to a family member where she can meet me to pick up her son who is 2 years old I named the wrong Street however I did provide the correct name of the hotel and then a guy turned around and very rudely said that I was given the wrong address and that outside people are not welcome in this pool you're only able to swim if you are staying at the hotel I explained to him that I am staying in the hotel and that he was listening on a conversation that he really had no business being in he was very rude about it I had no intention on having anybody else come to the hotel to swim at the pool I am aware of the rules of the hotel I really enjoyed the stay there the money of the room was definitely worth it with all of the amenities that the hotel provided but I don't believe that you should get into anybody's conversation when you don't know what's going on and when you turn around and say you were listening to the whole conversation that wasn't your business to begin with you could have turned around and politely said If you're looking for the hotel here's the correct address and just a remgnder unless you're saying in the hotel we do not allow outside people to come in which I completely understand. Regardless I give a high recommendation"

La Mer Beachfront Resort

"We found the room very convenient, comfortable and to our liking. The pool was great and the service at the beach was well-managed, easy and friendly. We used the laundry service to our satisfaction although it was a little challenging to figure out. My only disappointment, and this will not apply to most people, is that there was amplified live music during dinner time, from 6 to 9 every evening, and we would have liked to eat and hang out on our balcony facing the pool. Unfortunately the music was quite loud, and impossible to ignore. Because of it we had to stay indoors or go out during those hours. I realize I am difficult on this matter, because most people like pop music or can tune it out, As a professional musician that is not the case for me. Other than that we had a fabulous time in Cape May and at La Mer, truly a class act. The weather cooperated and the beach was wonderful. I will definitely stay again at La Mer."
Hotel Cabana Oceanfront/ Boardwalk

"Our room was small but had a little fridge and microwave. The room was clean however, housekeeping did not turn over our room daily as mentioned on the website. However, the location is ideal being right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach! Enjoyed the week"
