The Forum

"Overall, we had a very good stay at The Forum. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, with a great coffee shop and bike rental place conveniently located right across the street. There was a slight miscommunication before our arrival regarding beach towels. We were under the impression they would be provided, but upon arrival were told we could use the bath towels for the beach, which we preferred not to do, so we ended up purchasing our own. That said, whenever we had a question or issue during our stay, the staff was extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful. We had reserved a pool view room but ended up with a room facing the street/parking area. Surprisingly, this worked out in our favor because it was much quieter, so no complaints there! A few things that would make the experience even better: dedicated pool/beach towels, a heated pool, and TVs with streaming capabilities. Overall, a solid 4-star experience…comfortable, convenient, friendly service, and you really can’t beat the location in Ocean City."

"Great location. Clean room. Showers were nice. TV was nice. Front porch was large and comfortable. Parking lot was conveniently located. Staff was helpful after we identified our concern. Areas to identify were: no elevator, air conditioning was a window unit, and pool was small."
