"Loved this hotel!! "

"Some of the rooms in certain towers are a bit outdated and could use some renovations, similar to those done in other rooms. The room itself was decent, but the housekeeping could have done a better job. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor and coffee rings on the table. We also had a handicap-accessible bathroom, but the shower drain was clogged, causing water to backflow into the bathroom and the room entrance. Maintenance came quickly and unclogged the drain, but the floor still got wet. I don’t prefer having a handicap-accessible bathroom because the floor gets wet even with a towel on it. I had to call maintenance again because the showerhead hose came off, and I had to get a replacement. Maintenance came quickly for that call as well. Finally, I wish the rooms had microwaves. I never understood how a hotel with restaurants doesn’t have microwaves in the rooms so people can reheat their leftovers. "

"the DUNKIN DONUTS was out off a lot of things, people one lady ordered a few things and they had no way to carry there coffee also out of creamers"

"Showboat should be much better by now with the arcade, waterpark, and condo upgrades—but it’s not. The investment clearly didn’t extend to the rooms. No coffee maker, outdated TVs, and $26 just to rent a microwave—things that used to be standard. Even parking is no longer included in the resort fee. Completely ridiculous."

"We had a suite on the 39th floor. Loved the view and the room was spacious. My family and I loved it. The only thing that would’ve made the suite better was a bigger closet, but like I said it was beautiful "
