"The room can use better lighting. It only has one reading light and one bedside lamp. You can't see in the room at all at night. I did use the AI via text to have someone come in the room and check the AC because it felt damp but it's because it's placed very close to the window and the curtain was covering the exhaust. No one ever showed up to fix it. I figured it out and just moved the curtain. I think they should have security by the elevator to get to the rooms because anyone can make their way up"

"I like everything about the room. The room was clean, the air conditioning was good. The staff was pleasant. The location of the hotel was excellent. However 2 things that were disappointing, 1). The should another trash can in the bathroom. 2). Parking fees should be included with the price of the room. There should not be a surprise price separately from what is already paid for the room. Other than these 2 points, it’s a great place to stay. Also I love how close it is to the beach. I’m looking forward to staying again next summer. Thank you!"

"Came for a quick weekend trip, and the Sheraton was conveniently located near all. Great experience, though the hotel needs to upgrade a bit. The bathrooms, rugs, and halls were outdated. The bathroom pipes can be heard rattling."

"La habitación estaba limpia todo blanco las sábanas las toallas el WiFi aveces no funcionaba el la piscina limpia pero el aérea de afuera no me gustó mucho no luce tan limpio y organizado la atención normal no es tan buena un día fui al parque del agua y tuve mi teléfono guardado ellos intentaron comunicarse conmigo para q moviera mi carro y no me gustó mucho la forma pero si estás buscando algo económico con habitación limpia está bien"
