"The experience was ok. Staff & amenities were fine. The hotel needs a refresh, there is too much natural noise between rooms, there is too strong of an odor of marijuana present, & the doors vibrate too frequently by wind."

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

"Our stay at the Hard Rock in Atlantic City went very well. One minor complaint is the lack of ease to get to the boardwalk and beach for children from the rooms. We figured out a shorter way then having to go completely around the main floor casino, but it still wasn’t convenient. The only bad experience we had was with the Hard Rock Cafe, which depending on how you look at it as part of the review of the hotel. Super long wait to be seated (despite a reservation ) and also for our food. Which is extra disappointing sense we knew the food would be mediocre to OK to begin with. The hotel was well kept and clean though. Our nine-year-old describe the downstairs as very “ fancy”."
