"The hotel is beautiful the rooms are great, clean modern and with a gorgeous view, the restaurant food it’s ok not the best but not the worst I’ve experienced. I loved the security they have for their guests staying at the hotel. The only reason I gave it a good was the check in, I got to the hotel at 3:55pm check in is at 4, the first hotel rep said that the room was not ready and they will text me once is ready. Waited 45 minutes went back to the lobby desk another rep tells sorry my room still no ready by now is almost 5pm she tells me that 4pm check in is not always the case and I will need to wait i couldn’t get a time frame. Mind you while I was waiting people were getting their room keys left and right it wasn’t until I told her this is unacceptable it was my birthday and they are ruined my day she miraculously found now a room and check us in smh. Fyi my room was paid for already. Ocean you need to do better. Your hotel is too nice with great location and amenities and expensive to have this type of customer service at your lobby check in process is the start of your guests vacation. I didn’t let it impact the rest of my vacation but it was very unfortunate for such beautiful hotel. "
