"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."

"It was a budget friendly hotel for one night before my sisters wedding. Could use upgrades was an older property ."

"From the moments we got to the hotel the person at the front desk was very helpful allowing us early access to our room, since we drove all night and got to the hotel earlier then expected. We were in NJ due to a death in the family, and having such a positive experience at the hotel helped us immensely!"

"No.. the kitchen was not fully equipped.. they had a coffee maker but you needed to bring your own coffee! Ridiculous! Towels were disgusting.. the entire bathroom needed to be redone.. the tub was gross! I don't suggest anybody going there.. dreary and depressing but unfortunately we didn't have a choice! One of the worst ever"

"The guy who checked us in had an attitude from the start didnt make me feel welcome it was just a quick stay for me until the morning so i can drive home so i didnt care much but the room the mattress was hard tv wasn't working had to with rooms and there was a roach in my room also ewwww i couldn't wait for sunlight to checkout i got what i payed for guess"
