"The property is in a great location and it’s a huge plus you’re close to a good amount of businesses, the beach and shops. You get 10% off from Lang’s Liquor as well which is huge.Great comms with Harsh and everyone who was involved in our check-in and check-out. Great space too and clean bathrooms and rooms. The back porch and lights were awesome and the living room dining rooms were great to hangout in. Great place to be in LBI!Parking is definitely challenging but that’s a given with how popular LBI is.I’d say to improve definitely need more kitchen utensils, towels and some necessities like trash bags and hair dryer etc (small things and like cleaning misc)."

"Great location; only 2 houses on the block are closer to the beach entrance; house is only a few miles from the bridge to enter LBI; very large living room; outdoor deck on top of house; small porch on front of house; 2 indoor showers plus an outdoor shower; sufficient parking for our 3 family cars; kitchen appliances and washer dryer all worked well; host is very accessible by phone calls, text messages and emails"
