"My wife and I stayed at Coastal Sands Inn for the weekend and were very happy with everything. The modern room has an updated bathroom, crown molding, and comfortable beds. The air conditioning also worked great! There was on-site parking, however, it is tight, so be cautious. The manager was on site from 9am to 9pm and he was very attentive to all of our needs. As far as I can tell, there wasn’t daily housekeeping, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. We’d definitely stay again! Bonus, there is a Family Dollar located directly across the street for drinks and snacks. It’s about a block and a half to the boardwalk. "

"Very clean ! Nice location! Elevator was broke when we arrived but management got right on with getting someone to repair it. Smoking was allowed outside the rooms. I would reccomend no smoking on premises. "

The rooms may be smaller than you are accustomed to but the genuineness of the hands-on owners are bigger than you could ever imagine. The rooms are small, but clean and quite. And you have control over your own A/C. Jen and Dennis are working every day to enhance the property and the experience of the customer. And the fact they kept this from being another chain charging high-prices with this amazing location should continue to be supported. And free bikes to ride to Uncle Bills... life couldn't get any better!"
