"I did not like that the towel in the rooms were old and scruffy. The location was excellent for subway access. I liked that there was a coffee shop inside and next door. "

"The staff was quick, very helpful, and attentive to our needs. Really appreciated our room being ready earlier than expected. The area around the hotel had more homeless than expected, but for a short trip, it was fine. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Good size shower."

"The gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to a suite. Wasn't expecting it, so a wonderful surprise. Room was great. Hotel in the heart of vibrant Koreatown. Breakfast isn't much, but enough to at least get you out the door."

"I saw some reviews saying they couldn’t get any sleep because they were in Times Square (which honestly wouldn’t be the hotels fault anyway) but I was shocked by how quiet it was at night! This is the perfect place for solo travel- clean, affordable, good location for shopping and sight seeing, it’s small but that’s kinda the point of the place, and personally I loved it- it’s cozy and I’m a messy traveler so when it was time to pack up it was nicer to have all my stuff in one small room then trying to remember everything spread out around a bigger room or suite. I will definitely be staying again!"
