Whether you stay for a day or a few weeks you will enjoy the relaxing lifestyle at this small seaside town .The house is a 3 minute walk to lovely park About ten minute walk to beach ,where you have a choice of ocean surf beach or the quieter bathing beach .
There is plenty to do, the much busier Inverloch is a 15 minute scenic drive with many
interesting stops on the way to explore.There is plenty of fishing opportunities with our ocean boat launch.Golf courses are not far away We have our own Cape Tavern which is great for a meal and dining To get main supplies Its a ten minute drive to Wonthaggi which has a great range of shops to satisfy ang needs

Nice Quiet Street

We dont have much traffic as its a nice quiet street with as much pedestrian traffic as cars ,There are four bedrooms two with queen beds ,one double size bed and two single beds that are the bunks
Doonas and all linen, and towels are supplied


There is a full size fridge and washing machine
Also reverse cycle airconditioner
There is a covered timber deck as well as out door chairs and table
there are low maintenance polished timber floors throughout

Lovely Cape Paterson

Fresh, clean, well equipped and comfortable including a comfortable deck for outdoor relaxing- my husband may have enjoyed a nap on its modular couch while reading a book. A fab base for enjoying the beach.We will definitely stay again

Great space for a family

The house was perfect for our family, with the beach only a minute away and a park around the corner, it is perfect for kids. The board games provided were also a plus! The house was very neat and clean with plenty of space everyone to relax.

Wonderful place to relax

Sons beach wedding

We were very comfortable staying at the seabreeze house. Our dog enjoyed the large yard and it was everything we could have hoped for. Close to the beach and surf club for our sons big day. We all enjoyed it. Thankyou.

Comfortable Beach Home in Quiet Area

Geoff is an excellent host providing a clean, comfortable home with everything you require. Quality linen, towels, appliances and kitchen equipment with extras to enhance your stay. The new bathrooms work well for families with children after spending time at the beach. Thanks Geoff- we’ll be back!

Reliving family memories

My family has been visiting and staying at the Cape for over 40 years. However, in recent times we've missed our beach holidays. So my daughter's temporary return from living overseas was a great excuse to get the family together and head to the Cape for a week. The house we stayed in was brilliant - great beds, excellent deck and outdoor furniture that extended the living space. Heaps of room for all of us and conveniently located in a quite, old part of town, close to all the beaches and not far from the cafe. So good to be able to take our elderly dog with us too!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a great, relaxing family holiday at Cape Paterson. Linen and towels were provided by Geoff with all the beds beautifully made up on arrival which was such a lovely welcome to the property. The master bedroom & ensuite was a really generous size with large TV for us, while the kids had the other 3 bedrooms & lounge to spread out in. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and the kids loved the clifftop walking tracks and exploring the rock pools. They really enjoyed playing at the Eco Playground and we had fun playing some of the board games provided. It was so peaceful and quiet at the property - very grateful to have stayed here :)

Nice pet friendly place

We enjoyed our stay but as others reviews said place could use deep cleaning but that only applies to toilets and kitchen drawers, everything else was great and clean. Two front bedrooms beds really need new bed mattresses, you have springs digging in to you all night. My son ended up sleeping on the sofa couch for couple of nights because of that. Saying that I would be happy to stay there again just get Geoff to address couple of those small issues.

Seabreeze Escape...a hidden gem

We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze Escape. The house was well suited to 2 couples and our dogs. The house was really well stocked with everything needed...far more generous than other places we have stayed. The yard is completely securely fenced for pets. It is an easy walk to the beach. Great food at local Cape Tavern!
