"No hot water on second day. Kitchen was not clean, fridge smelly. Need better cleaners. Disappointed with our stay."

"A great place to chill in front of the fire, take the dog to the beach and have a BBQ dinner."

"Location was the best - across the road and through the park we were at the beach, and if you go behind the property and through the carpark you were at all types of shops. Carpark was tight for larger car (Kia carnival), one toilet located on the lounge/master bedroom level, ground level is the kitchen and very top level had another big bed with a set of bunks. 29 stairs in total and hard if you want family time as kitchen on different level to lounge/TV area. Very clean, great to have a...

"Very disappointing, main bedroom was in an outside shed which was not mentioned in the listing. The bathroom that serviced this room could only be accessed by going back outside. Sky light in inside bathroom not sealed around edges which resulted in the place being full of bugs. we only stayed 1 night and left the following morning. Very dissapointing"

"Internet was very poor.If advertised as free wifi then it should work "

"Cute cottage in Venus Bay. Very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our short stopover. We loved the walk to the beach, and all the games we played for a fun family games night."

"Great house, very tidy and had everything that you need. "

"This house with 4 bedrooms offers a great, family friendly and easy living getaway. The kitchen is very well stocked. From the outdoor deck you can just see the ocean & we experienced a lovely sunset."

"Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. This had been noted by another guest in Nov but by our stay in Dec had not been attended to. The decking cracked and bounced beneath our feet. A beautiful location but safety concerns were huge as...

"Kilcunda Coast House was a very cute cottage set on a picturesque landscape with a view that you could stare at for hours! We went with our four ‘studying’ children so they could somewhat enjoy their exam preparation period. This cottage hit the mark with the wood fire, the large and well-equipped kitchen to prepare study snacks in, the coffee (fresh beans!) machine and comfortable beds. It didn’t necessarily bother us as we weren’t watching TV a lot but for some reason, we could only tune into...
