Your own private stretch of land invites wildlife sightings from locals or travellers. Start your day at Maru Koala and Animal Park or marvel at cuddly residents at Koala Conservation Reserve. Venture across to Churchill Island, watch fur‑floored walkways at Penguin Parade, and sip award‑winning drops at Purple Hen Winery or Silverwaters Vineyard.
The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.

- Firewood is available at $15 per tub. If you’d like firewood, please book in advance or feel free to request more during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area surrounding it. Most of the property is available for use, except the area around the owner's residence and nearby sheds.

Grantville lies just off the Bass Highway, fifteen minutes from Phillip Island’s bridge. QueensFerry Farm by the Bay by Tiny Away can be found amid the Western Port lowlands where koala habitat edges bayside flats.
The region still echoes its timber and sand‑mining past, yet hums now with boutique vineyards and wildlife draws. You’re a stone’s throw from Maru Koala & Animal Park in Grantville itself and the Koala Conservation Reserve over the bridge. Churchill Island’s historic plains and the nightly Penguin Parade lie just beyond.

- Travel times vary and connections are limited, so hiring a car is the most flexible option.
By flight:
- Fly into Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine).
- From there, drive or hire a car for the 1.5-hour trip to QueensFerry Farm.
- Light aircraft can also land at nearby regional airstrips like Phillip Island or Tooradin for quicker access.
