"We went from July 19 through the 26th of 2025. We brought our fifth wheel, which is close to 45 feet long, we are a family of five so we wanted to experience RVing on the beach. We absolutely loved being on this property. The walk is not long at all maybe two minutes at most. You would spend that if not more walking through a condo down to the beach. We had no issues with any of the neighbors, and the beaches had so many seashells, our teenagers loved collecting them to make gifts for family. Since you’re on the south end of the Cape, you don’t necessarily get the blue green water, but the beaches are really nice. But if you go 10 minutes down the road to the Saint Joe State Park, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and the water is crystal green and blue. We plan to go back next summer and we’ll continue to do so if the dates are available. We are also looking to purchase our own property somewhere along the golf after this experience."
6 bd/5.5 ba designer coastal oasis w/ private pool - Sleeps 18 on North CSB

"My wife and 4 children absolutely loved our stay at Hartley Haven. The house is essentially brand new. Incredibly clean, high-end appliances, great bathrooms/beds and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The views were incredible, and the covered pool was perfect for young kids. They supplied beach chairs, pool toys, a crab net and even small flashlights to find crabs at night. This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas after staying in Destin, San Destin, Rosemary beach for years. A few tips - there are two general stores less than a mile away that have all the essentials needed but if you want groceries, I recommend bringing them or picking them up in town. The general stores have adjacent ice cream/coffee shops which are great, and Hunt's seafood is excellent. Lastly, this is of no fault to the owner of the property, but the beach erosion is significant and there are a few broken wooden poles sticking out of the sand which could cause issues. During high tide you cannot see the poles but at low tide you will be able to see them. Hopefully, the beach personal who maintain Cape San Blas beaches can remove these potential hazards leftover from the hurricane. Our crew walked down the beach to the right, and everyone had a blast all week. Hopefully with the new government grant to fix the beach, the beach erosion/beach will improve, but this house/property/pool was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars!"

Cape Limes- a pet friendly home just 5 min walk from the beach
10/10 Excellent
"We had an awesome stay at Cape Limes! Fit our family of 5 and our dogs very comfortably. The walk to the beach was so short and the beach cart provided for our beach chairs made the walk even easier. The landing on the bottom level was great for our dog crate and sandy shoes. Cape Limes is practically brand new so there were a couple things we wish were added to make the stay even more comfortable: dressers or more shelves would have been helpful. Also, towel rings or hooks would have been nice but that may be personal preference. Overall, our stay was fantastic. Previous reviews mentioned the mattresses were not comfortable, we disagree, everyone slept fine. Area wise, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and we Loved that it was right in between Port St Joe and T. H. Stone Memorial St Joseph State Park. Lots of great food choices in Port St Joe. Our kids enjoyed visiting the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center and were so proud that “our house” had red lights outside so the turtles would be safe. The stars at night outside the house are Absolutely stunning.Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit again! "

"This house holds many wonderful memories for our family. We come back year after year knowing it has everything we will need. The kitchen is well stocked. You are steps from having your toes in the sand. The pool is always refreshing and a kid favorite! Kara is the best and most responsive host. You really can not beat any amount of time spent at At Waters Edge. "

Great Place for Snow Birds!
10/10 Excellent
"This was our first time staying at Cape San Blas & it did not disappoint. We had a couple of rainy afternoons but otherwise the weather was great. The townhouse was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. We had plenty of space for our 3 families with room for the children to play while adults enjoyed relaxing time together. We cooked all meals except pizza night & the kitchen provided everything needed. The different levels & stairs were a challenge but was good exercise! We used the elevator often & were thankful to have it. Overall a great place to stay. "
North Cape! Private Pool Sleeps 10 Gulf Views Pet Friendly

"Everything was expected and more at Paws in the Sand. Our dogs felt right at home and we all had everything that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect; no neighbors too close and plenty of quiet and privacy. The pool was extremely nice and easy to access. The beach and bay were also not very hard to get to on either side. The kitchen and living room are on the top floor, but there is even a fridge right inside the door on the bottom so that you don’t have to brave the stairs every time you need a poolside drink. I will be recommending this company and location to everyone I know. "
