The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back.

The staff is extremely warm, friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable. Every type of breakfast food buffet in the large room plus ability to order off the menu. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Waterfront in Cape Town.

Excellent service. Beautiful view of Table Mountain from the room. Nice bar. Wonderful breakfast. The gym was well equipped. Decent bar too with some live music.

A real treat

Excellent stay at the One and Only. Staff all were all very friendly and helpful, luxurious room with stunning view of table mountain, breakfasts were a particularly excellent experience. Great location a short stroll from the waterfront.

Nice hotel at the waterfront, a few minutes walk to the shopping and dining center of the city. Location wise top and very friendly service staffs. However, a five star hotel with nothing special, price much too expensive for South African cities.

Luxurious property. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Gold status not recognised until prompted. Despite the breakfast buffet being high quality and huge, the busy breakfast room (with sticky tables) reminds you this is a big hotel. Nobu restaurant superb. Other food only 8/10.
