- The house is located in quiet street in the southern suburbs of Cape Towns luxurious Bishopscourt.It is a 15 minute walk to the glorious Kirstenbosch Gardens and is a 20 minute drive to The Waterfront, the City, the Indian ocean and the Atlantic ocean.
Constantia Vineyards are 10 minutes drive away with 2 large shopping malls,Cavendish Square and Constantia Village close by as well.
Open plan lounge,dining room and fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a glorious veranda with a large 9 m heated pool in full are 2 full bedrooms and one study with a bed for one person.
