Alia may be THE best VRBO host we have ever had (3-4 rentals /year) - everything you could possibly need with prompt and helpful responses. The town itself can't compete with the stores or restaurants of Kalk Bay or Simon's Town, but they are closeby. We had a rental car during our stay, which made visiting the nearby towns and Table Mountain National Park convenient."

"We arrived to find the property completely vacant with no furniture. It had clearly not been used for a considerable length of time and was in a state of decay. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodation . I expect a complete refund. I have pictures of the empty cottage if needed."

"I want to say that the location was excellent with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It had summer coastal cottage feel and that it didn't lack amenities - which it did. My only complaint was a general feeling of tiredness and lack of attention to detail. The little touches that would have made it great as opposed to quite "ok" and value for the money. It was on the higher range and depended too much on the view. So overall - don' t get the wrong idea. I liked it quite a bit but i needs a womans...
