Three spacious bedrooms, all with large windows are fitted with block out blinds and fresh linen and towels are provided. There is one family bathroom with seperate toilet and laundry - both washing machine and dryer are available and washing powder provided.
The well-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher and split system overlooks the open plan living and dining area and steps out onto the deck and enclosed north facing veranda. Smart TV is available with access to Wi-Fi, books and children's games are situated in the comfortable lounge room.
The front yard is safely fenced for children and pets and includes an outdoor surfboard shower for a quick rinse after the beach! There is a new large BBQ available to use and two deck chairs to enjoy the sun.
