"Beautiful hotel with every amenity. My room was beautiful and I had the walk out patio and living room with separate bedroom on the second floor. The view was beautiful. Breakfasts have delicious fresh fruit and juices. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and options were sufficient. Location can’t be beat in the middle of the island and a reasonable distance to any spot to visit. Easy to park and access. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Beats having to deal with the chaos and wait times in Ponta Delgada. Pool and saunas were wonderful at the end of a long day hiking. Showers are exceptional. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only wish they had a water station to refill water bottles. "

"This hotel was a very nice place to stay! All of the employees were friendly and very professional. It was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. It is very east to walk to restaurants and cafe's. We would absolutely stay here again!!"

"This hotel is a must stay on Sao Miguel Island. The location is perfect, hotel staff that go above & beyond to make sure you hav everything you need. The views of the ocean from the room is worth it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend! "

"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond. We got there around 8am and check in wasn’t until about 3p.m and we were and the receptionist accommodated us to an early check in, that our room was ready. The hotel staff were very accommodating and outstanding! The food was delicious and housekeeping maintaining top standards. Location was convenient and perfect for exploring, and near all. I can’t recommend Octant Hotel enough . I will certainly be returning on my next visit ! "
