"Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel. Le déjeuner est vraiment super, avec beaucoup de choix. La terrasse sur le toit est très jolie et les chambres très bien, avec leur petit balcon donnant sur le port. Chaque soir, un employé passe par notre chambre pour voir si on a besoin de quelque chose. Vraiment très attentionné ! Eau et jus laissés à la chambre chaque jour: très pratique."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices. My favorite was the homemade yogurt with toppings and fresh fruit. The gardens were well maintained and the amenities were lovely. Our room was spacious and clean and the personalized service was perfect for an anniversary trip!"

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking ticket for next morning, very convenient. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting Azores."

"The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is well located within 15 minutes walk to downtown. Parking is available for additional 5 euros, however there is plenty of parking spaces in front of hotel and it's free from 19:00 till 08:00 next day. Pay at meter. Hotel includes breakfast bar, although it's exactly the same every day so it gets a bit tiring. However, it's convenient and plenty of food to fill up before your daily activities. They provide beach towel service for free, which was very welcoming and convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel has a pool, which we didn't use so can't comment on it. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend."
