"Super easy check in via WhatsApp. The staff were readily available, allowing me to store my luggage after check out due to a late flight and calling me a cab since I didn’t have a local number. "They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"We spent a fantastic week at Casa das Palmeiras — we loved the small inn feel — beautiful decor and thoughtful touches and warm welcomes — and the great central location.
We could walk to any number of cafes, restaurants and shops yet our room was quiet and calm in the evenings for a great night's sleep.
Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Our very early flight meant we missed the last day of exceptional breakfasts — but there was a to-go package waiting for us with treats and juice boxes.
Great amenities — extra towels for showers after visiting the iron-rich geothermal pools, that incredible breakfast!, and always available cofffee — were much appreciated.
This was a perfect place to launch into adventures around São Miguel and return to comfort each night. "
"The location was very convenient - quiet and easy parking yet walkable to all sites in Ponta Delgada. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with many options hot and cold.
