She welcomed us with a smile, helped us get settled, and went above and beyond to arrange restaurant reservations and recommend things to see and do around the island. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the manager, who was extremely personable and genuinely interested in making sure guests were enjoying their stay. His approachability and warm conversation added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, and the view overlooking the marina was absolutely beautiful — waking up to it each morning was unforgettable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore Ponta Delgada on foot. This was my first time in São Miguel, and it will definitely not be my last. We would absolutely choose this hotel again when we return."

"The hotel location is perfect - underground parking across the street for a reasonable price and walkable to all of the marina area and the many stores and restaurants in the area. The staff was second to none!!! Try for a room with a view as there is no outside amenity area. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice plus an la carte menu. "
