Absolutely LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a room that was perfect for 4 guests. Very comfortable, friendly staff, and incredible breakfast. It was so nice to have a nice balcony to sit on in the morning with coffee and evening with wine!

They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!

The property is so peaceful and calm and was such a wonderful experience. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. The pool was immaculate. The food and drinks were delicious. It was a nice property but a little far from the City Gates, you had to walk past a large construction site and it was a narrow walkway. The breakfast was good however, it never varied - everything was the same each and every day. I felt like the servers only were gracious when they received a tip.
