"This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you."

They were very accommodating with early check in given we had a 625am arrival. The location is well suited to explore the island. Elisabete provided great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Felt very safe and secure with indoor, private parking and gated parking lot. The Not So Good: not exactly a " Beach Villa". Felt and looked very insitiutuonal. Could use a couple simple things in the kitchen like spatula, scissors, and basics like salt and pepper. Woke to the sound of dogs barking every morning. Even though it was not...

"Spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Quick walking distance to the Ponta Delgada old town. Next to a busy street- expect traffic noise. Hosts were very communicative and able to action items quickly. "
