Our room was spotless and well-appointed, and the hotel felt welcoming and well cared for throughout. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar—great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Rome. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked beautiful and will definitely be on our list for next time. A special thank you to Ivan at the front desk, whose warm, attentive service made our stay even better. "The air conditioning was not working on two floors of the hotel so we were transfered (and upgraded I believe) to another hotel which is part of their group. They covered the transfer by taxi and offered us complimentary drinks. All in all they handled it very swiftly and it was all very seamless. They could not have handled that situation better. "

"Loved this modern very clean hotel. The 4 bed family room the couch was an actual mattress not a pullout. Comfortable. Super clean bathroom. Conditioner for hair only thing not included. They let us check in early which was much appreciated after travel day. Nice theatre opera square that’s quiet with a few restaurants. Rooftop would have preferred a plunge pool to a hot tub but I knew that in as advance! Stocked mini bar was awesome as was breakfast that ends at 10:30. Wine vending machines a plus :) Would stay here again! "

"Great location in Trastevere. Rooms were clean & spacious. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, pastries and coffee. Rooftop restaurant/bar was nice. Also close to MANY restaurants & gelato spots within 5mins walking. Many buses & trolleys spots within 1-2 blocks. I would definitely stay here again! "
