"The rooms are clean and updated. The location is great, it is easy to get to from the freeway and easy to get around Vancouver. There are many great eating options within walking distance. We appreciate that we can bring our dog. The only thing we are unhappy about is that they renovated the fitness area and removed the sauna - the sauna was one of main reasons we stayed there. We were quite disappointed."

"The hotel is in need of updating. Broken bathroom tiles, etc., make it difficult to clean."

"Great location. Majority of the staff were attentive and helpful, only one person at reception who operated on autopilot and seemed less interested or personable than others. Amenities were often occupied by non-resident gym members & what seemed to be school swim teams, so not always available for use by hotel guests. Location cannot be beaten for quiet but convenient to local cafes, bars, restaurants, retail and excellent transit options, without the crowds and craziness of downtown Vancouver....

"Our room was very nice with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including a coffee maker in our room and a mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was very nice. I would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"There was no heat in our room. The Danfoss valve that controls the heating was stuck shut. Maintenance could not or would not fix. I was given a portable heater that was broken. The bathroom was so small, my backside was pressed against the back wall when i used the sink. The room was so small, it was hard to close the door without falling into the bathtub. The room rate was very high, and the staff would not allow late checkout (our next flight departed at 7:30 PM. The mattress was too soft and...

"delightful 2 bedroom apartment with living area separating them. Two televisions and laundry. security token to front door and lift. slightly different reception is in the basement adjacent to carpark but works well. supermarket across the road and multiple food outlets a short walk. we arrived late in day approx. 11pm no problems. highly recomend!"

"This is a gem. I was in Vancouver for an appointment at the General Hospital and this was within an easy 20 minute walk given that I did not have my car with me. The location was not only super convenient for my hospital visit but is an excellent location with easy walking or transit options to visit many sites around the city. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in a beautiful district of heritage homes the neighbourhood oozes with charm and yet is very convenient to shopping and...

"Beautiful rooms. Well decorated and very clean."

"This is a amazing hotel near the english bay. The amenities was excellent. Quite place, easy access to bus stop and lots of restaurant within the area. Will comeback ❤️👍"

"色んな場所に移動するにもちょうど良い立地でした。共有のキッチンもテイクアウト料理を食べるのに利用させてもらいました。 終始、快適でした"

"No complaints about the building. Necessities are walkable (liquor store, drug marts, food). Only thing is that we got a parking violation when we weren’t suppose to as our parking pass was valid for the day. So just double check your ticket if you end up getting a violation lol."
