"Location of this apartment is excellent only a couple minutes from the beach and most spots in the city are reachable on foot from there. Room was clean. Interior design needs some work, Apart from the wall behind the bed it's very white and sterile. TV is a bit out-of-date (no smart tv). The whirlpool is a nice touch, though, even I didn't use it. Checking in was easy, no staff required, details were provided via Whatsapp."

I think it should be the other way around, with the owner contacting the guest in advance and providing all the necessary check-in information.
