"We werden vanwege een 'technisch probleem' in een ander appartement ondergebracht, bijna 200 meter verderop, langs een zeer drukke weg zònder voetpad. "This was the most amazing hotel… staff were so friendly and helpful. They could not have been more friendly or helpful. The grounds were so charming and not too manicured but beautifully kept and tidy. The birdsong all day was just delightful. The pool area was so clean & felt luxurious. The smell through the hotel was gorgeous. Not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and it was all worth it! Only slight negative was the lack of plug sockets but given the property is over 300 years old it’s forgivable and was still very manageable! And the AC was amazing which I did not expect given the age of the property! We would return in a heartbeat!! And we got engaged here so would love to return!"
