The staff was amazing. My friend and I came from the United States and there was an obvious language barrier. They were patient with us and extremely helpful.

Staff were kind and gracious, the meals, very generous, and the accommodation is quite comfortable. I would stay there again.

The hotel reception was spectacular, the manager and his two assistants at the front desk are very professional, willing to help at all times, they deserve 5 stars, happy new year to everyone there

Beautiful modern quiet but a bit remote from airport need car, as no shuttle from airport, and the only place we would stay if here again

Room and hotel were immaculate. Staff were attentive and pleasant.

We loved the Santa Caterina hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone, families, couples, singles. It is in a great location to visit many of the beautiful towns surrounding it, Etna, and Catania. Acireale is Baroque as is much of this part of Italy and very close to the Isole Ciclope of Odyssey fame. Fabulous area, great food, local life.

Great stay that made my visit memorable and unforgettable.

Great staff. They also made a delicious breakfast.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a middle of nowhere

This hotel is in the best location, room is very quiet. Room and bathroom are big. The breakfast is great. People working in hotel are super nice. Will definitely stay there again next time in Catania

We had a quick overnight stay but staff VERY helpful, exceptional accommodations and easy walk to fantastic dining and shopping. Staff arranged taxis for us and even had breakfast out at 4a.m. prior to our crazy early departure. Would definitely book again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Plaza Hotel Catania I had a wonderful experience at Plaza Hotel Catania. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally nice, modern, and comfortable. Although the hotel is not located directly in Catania’s historic center, it’s only a relatively short drive or taxi ride away. I actually preferred being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is excellent, right near the sea, with several good restaurants within...

Location

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and it was wondurful, good service and friendly staff

Excellent and very large apartment accomodation accessing Mt Etna, Catania and Taormina. Big apartment terrace views of Catania and the sea and back door views directly on Etna. Exceptional made to order breakfast from local cafe delivered to the room. Apartment washer/laundry facilities perfectly met our needs. Great accommodation at great value.

Great hotel in a dingy part of town.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast with large rooms, friendly service and an excellent location. Bus stop for the 4 Euro bus transfer to the airport located almost directly across the road.
