The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews.

the hotel have very small parking area. but they have agremant with big parking space in the acrosing the street. but you need to pay for this parking

Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

One of the best stays we have had ever. Hotel is discrete but easy to find, staff was very pleasant, helpful and kid friendly, our room was clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the balconies, breakfast was fresh and delicious! We would go back in a heart beat!

This hotel was a 5-star hotel in all respects and even better it was not a big chain owned hotel. Beautiful decor and room. This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods. The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome! The restaurant and bar at the top is a must visit. The wait staff were generous pourers, the food was great, and they even applied a discount to our bill unprompted from the Fork app. Great place!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. Although we arrived prior to check-in, we were told that our room was almost ready and were offered a seat with coffee and a nutella pie snack! Our room was beautiful and had a view of Castel Nuovo and the port. I chose this property because of it’s proximity to the water and we strolled along, through a park and past the marina, to Castel dell’Ovo. Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station. Only thing I didn’t like was the fitness center, old, small and too basic

I would highly recommend this hotel. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff left a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome and accommodated our request for a higher level room and queen bed. The location is great. It's an easy walk to town but enough apart to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a good size and many feature balconies. I would recommend paying extra to get a sea view. It's worth it! The breakfast included in the room rate is wonderful...

This is an excellent choice for a hotel stay in Naples; the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. If safety is a concern, the hotel is without doubt, a first choice. Vehicles cannot travel beyond a check point well in front of the hotel building and the location at the port provides an extra layer of security. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants and other city attractions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Go there; you will not be disappointed!
