Property is located inside a really old building. Once you get to the hotel floor it’s nice but the building itself is old and dilapidated Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are decent size and have a little kitchenette

Overall nice - great staff and room was nice. A bit hard to find and parking is available but not obvious from street where to turn in. Lots of stairs then an elevator and stairs again, however, the staff took all the luggage so that was fine. Very helpful check in with map and city highlights. Well located for walking in historic center of Naples. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was so helpful. she explained everything and gave recommendations and directions to attractions. The breakfast buffet was very good which included eggs prepared as you order. We would return again and recommend to others.

Staff were very helpful and professional. It was nice to return to this peaceful boutique hotel. Location great we walked everywhere. Hoped on bus also as it was very hot walking around Naples. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Great location- walkable to so many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Concierge arranged transportation to the airport for us and even arranged for a boxed breakfast since we left for the airport early. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The jacuzzi tub and fireplaces made the room very special. Loved everything about our stay there.

Highly recommend this hotel. Although in the centre of Naples it is very quiet. The only noise was delightful....from birds and children. The rooms and common areas are all well renovated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. All staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We did have a little trouble identifying the hotel when the taxi dropped us off down the street outside but once close by the person at the entrance was helpful and assured us we were in the right place.

The property was definitely interesting and unique. It’s located on the fourth floor of a historic building, which adds to its charm, but it’s worth knowing that it can be a little difficult to access. There is an elevator, but you do need to climb some stairs to reach it, so this could be challenging if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived—warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping and were always happy to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well air-conditioned, which we really appreciated in the summer heat. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options. The location is excellent, right in the historic center and very convenient for exploring the city. I would describe the property as more of a small boutique hotel than a traditional full-service hotel. There aren’t many amenities and there is no gym, but if you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, central, and full of character, it’s a very good option.
