Uncomfortable

Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby.

Left something to be desired!

Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it. $27 euro a day. You get no towels for the beach or the pool and if you ask for one it’s a big deal and they try and charge you $10 euro a day per towel and was a big hassle to even obtain one. The room had no plug ins near the bed to charge phones. The rooms were run down and very outdated. After traveling through many parts of Italy and having the best experience with hotel staff this left something to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also not the place for a couple, it’s more geared toward families with small children.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel bom para famílias, com piscina e em frente a praia. Porém estacionamento longe, não há ajuda para carregar bagagem. Tivemos um problema com uma garrafa de vinho que desapareceu do quarto e a equipe foi muito solicita em nos dar uma garrafa do restaurante. Hotel com bom custo benefício.

ich habe ein Zimmer in der Residenz gebucht. Niemand vom Empfang hat mich dorthin begleitet. es hiess ich müsse zum Restaurant. die mitarbeiter vom Rest. konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen. dann kam jemand vom Hotel und holte mich ab. der Herr hat mich dann zum Zimmer begleitet. Er war nett. Die Dame vom Empfang hätte von anfang an eine Begleitperson organisieren sollen.

Dieses Hotel ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Einrchtung ist alt, dass Mobiliar ebenfalls. Die Sauberkeit beim Frühstücksbuffet lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, servizi (piscina, zona relax, posto auto, ecc) molto buoni. Servizio ristorazione di ottimo livello. Le camere sono un po datate, e gli infissi non insonorizzano bene per cui i rumori esterni danno fastidio. Comunque buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 17 al 23 luglio( camera 571) all’arrivo non eravamo rimasti contenti della camera ma il sig. Corrado , persona gentilissima e disponibilissima , in men che non si dica ci ha cambiato camera. Che dire , ci è sembrato di stare a casa, abbiamo trovato gentilezza, accoglienza e soprattutto si mangia una meraviglia, detto da noi Salernitani, che siamo abituati alla buona cucina , non è poco. L’hotel si trova direttamente sul mare , in una zona tranquilla ma non molto distante dal centro storico di Capoliveri , che è bellissimo. Spiaggia molto grande e attrezzata con tutti i servizi. Ovviamente per visitare le altre spiagge dell’isola occorre l’auto, ma vi assicuro che ne vale la pena e comunque ogni paese non è molto distante dall’altro. In conclusione l’hotel merita sicuramente.

Sehr schöne Poolanlage und sehr schöner Hotelstrand. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Ruhige Lage. Schade dass es im Hotel keinen Lift hat. Das Frühstück ist nicht reichhaltig. Bei Buchung Zimmer mit Frühstück konnte ein einzelnes Nachtessen nicht reserviert werden da angeblich das Restaurant überfüllt ist.
