The villa is located on the promontory of Capo Perla, which separates the Gulf of Naregno from the sandy beach of Straccoligno.
2.5 km from Capoliveri, the most beautiful town on the island of Elba. The nearest beach, 250 m, is equipped and suitable for children, the cliffs below the house (adventurous to reach) are 70 m.
The geographic position, very green, between pines, holm oaks, and corks presents suggestive trekking routes, to be covered by bike.
