Small Residential Structure in a panoramic position about 30 meters above sea level, composed of two-room and three-room apartments facing one of the most beautiful views of the whole island, the Golfo Stella and from where you can admire unique sunsets in all seasons of the year. All the apartments have been completely renovated and have their own private entrance, equipped outdoor area, air conditioning, Wifi system, parking and shared barbecue and outdoor shower with the other housing units. The distance from the sea is about 150 meters, the beach of Peducelli a little further away while that of Madonna delle Grazie is about 900 meters away. The center of Capoliveri and the shops are about 2.5 km away.

The center of Capoliveri and the shops are about 2.5 km away. Bed linen and towels are only provided on request, pets only on request. No washing machine.
